Managed hosting provider 20i has signed an agreement to lease capacity at an Equinix data center in Singapore. 20i providers hosting services, including reseller hosting, managed WordPress hosting, and cloud servers - including 20icloud, AWS, and GCP. It utilizes "autoscaling" and load balancing across its infrastructure, enabling it to handle peak loads.
Lloyd Cobb, director at 20i, commented: “The launch of our Singapore data center is a major milestone in our mission to deliver world-class hosting experiences globally. We’re incredibly excited to bring our most advanced, high-performance hosting platform to Asia, giving customers across the APAC region local access to a resilient, ultra-fast hosting platform."
According to 20i's website, the company has data center space or CDN nodes located in the US, Canada, the Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, Finland, the UK, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, Switzerland, Taiwan, India, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Bahrain, Israel, the UAE, Chile, Brazil, and South Africa.
