AtlasEdge Launches Data Center in Germany

European operator AtlasEdge has launched a new data center in Stuttgart, Germany, STR001 in the Böblingen area of the city. The company said the site was 100 percent powered by renewable energy and is fully compliant with the German Energy Efficiency Act (Energieeffizienzgesetz).

“We’re proud to deliver a best-in-class facility that meets the growing demand for capacity in Stuttgart,” said Tesh Durvasula, CEO of AtlasEdge. “Germany, and the DACH region more broadly, is a cornerstone of our growth strategy, and this opening is another important step as we continue to invest in the next wave of European data center markets.”

There are 332 data centers in Germany / Deutschland.
