Facebook gets approval for a Tennessee data center

Facebook will purchase a $15 Million USD parcel of land for a 970,000 square foot data center campus in Gallatin, Tennessee.

Facebook is using the shell company Woolhawk LLC as the acquiring entity. What we know:

On May 19th the Gallatin City Council approved tax breaks and a development agreement
On May 13th Woolhawk LLC acquired the land for $15 million
The campus will be located near the end of Gateway Drive, just east of gunmaker Beretta's manufacturing plant.
On May 5th the Gallatin City Council voted to provide access to city water and sewer.
Facebook may begin construction as soon as this summer, but the Covid pandemic has clouded the construction plans.
